Hoeveel tijdsinvestering kan ik verwachten van de uitbestede duurzaamheidsmanager?
De tijdsinvestering kan variëren afhankelijk van de specifieke behoeften en de voorwaarden van onze overeenkomst. Doorgaans kan het ondersteuningsniveau variëren van enkele dagen per week tot een fulltime inzet gedurende meerdere maanden. Tijdens onze eerste gesprekken zullen we de vereisten beoordelen en het juiste betrokkenheidsniveau bepalen om optimale ondersteuning te garanderen.
Zal de uitbestede duurzaamheidsmanager fysiek aanwezig zijn op mijn kantoor?
Doorgaans werkt de uitbestede manager op afstand. Afhankelijk van de specifieke behoeften van het bedrijf kunnen we echter beoordelen of enige aanwezigheid op kantoor voordelig zou zijn voor beide partijen. Dit hangt af van het totale aantal benodigde ondersteuningsuren en de locatie.
Welk expertiseniveau zullen we ontvangen?
Elke uitbestede manager en hun team worden zorgvuldig geselecteerd om aan de behoeften van de klant te voldoen - gebaseerd op industrie, locatie en omvang. Tijdens ons eerste gesprek zullen we beoordelen welk senioriteits- en expertisegebied nodig is. Meestal wordt het project geleid door een van onze senior managers, ondersteund door een toegewijd team van experts. Dit zorgt voor een diverse groep professionals met de kennis en vaardigheden om de duurzaamheidsreis te ondersteunen.
Zal ik altijd één aanspreekpunt hebben?
Ja. Onze duurzaamheidsmanager zal het primaire aanspreekpunt zijn gedurende het hele project. De uitbestede manager wordt ondersteund door een toegewijd team van experts wiens betrokkenheid indien nodig kan worden opgeschaald, zodat je altijd op maat gemaakte ondersteuning krijgt om de duurzaamheidsdoelen te bereiken.
