From December 2027, the EU Forced Labour Regulation applies to every company placing products on the EU market or exporting from it, regardless of size or sector. The new guidelines make one thing clear: audits alone are no longer a credible way to show your supply chain is free of forced labour. So what does a credible approach look like?

In this fireside chat, we’re joined by Pascal Baltussen, Chief of Impact and Operations at Tony’s Chocolonely. Tony’s has spent years actively looking for forced and child labour in its cocoa supply chain, through monitoring, remediation and openly publishing what it finds. Pascal shares what that experience has taught them: why finding problems is a sign the system works, how to move from detection to remediation, and what other companies can do now to get ready for 2027.

The last 15 minutes will be dedicated to asking your questions. Join us!
