The Challenge
Our client is a Dutch marketing and promotional products company serving major international consumer brands. Key customers began requiring EcoVadis Platinum as a supply chain prerequisite. With 10 employees and no dedicated sustainability function, they needed to move fast from ambition to verifiable evidence.

Ratings and certifications
We're working on yearly re-assessment and building a detailed improvement roadmap for the next cycle. We also completed the B Corp certification process from initial quick scan through to final submission.

Climate and carbon emissions
We delivered a Corporate Carbon Footprint Assessment covering Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, aligned with the GHG Protocol. We then are built a custom Power BI tool so the team can track, calculate and report emissions independently every year. We also initiated the Science Based Targets (SBTi) submission.

Sustainability Management System
We're implementing a structured Sustainability Management System that formalises policies, processes and KPIs across the business. This gives the EcoVadis assessment a solid operational backbone and a foundation for long term growth.

Key Outcomes

CIRFOOD NL & Belgocatering elevated their sustainability leadership—achieving consecutive EcoVadis Platinum ratings—while making meaningful operational changes that set new market standards.
EcoVadis Platinum: 94/100
Our client now outperforms 99% of all companies rated by EcoVadis globally. Policies, Measures and Reporting all reached a perfect 100/100.
B Corp Certified
Achieving B Corp certification alongside EcoVadis Platinum puts our client in a very small global group. It reflects genuine, companywide commitment to social and environmental performance, not just a rating exercise.
Full carbon transparency, fully owned internally
A complete Scope 1, 2 and 3 inventory was built from scratch and embedded in a custom Power BI dashboard. When the project is complete, the team will be abvle to run it completely independent.
