My name is Stepan Tini, General Manager of Cord Group Netherlands and Belo Catering in Belgium. We’re a catering company focused on offering healthy, sustainable food to every client we serve. Our core pillars are food, people, and culture.

We first connected with Nexio Projects just before COVID. Their pitch was so compelling—within 20 to 25 minutes, they convinced us we needed to shift direction. They helped us clearly see the bigger picture and supported us in building a roadmap. Four years later, we’ve achieved EcoVadis Platinum certification for the second year in a row.

They’ve supported us across our entire sustainability journey—from annual EcoVadis assessments and calculating Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, to preparing our annual UN Global Compact communication.

The Nexio Projects team is young, smart, and deeply passionate about sustainability. You can feel their commitment—they genuinely love what they do. That energy motivates us to go even further than we initially aimed.

Today, we source from local farmers and have transformed about 80% of our menu to be vegetarian. It’s significantly reducing our footprint. Sustainability is central to everything we do.
