Natalia Giannakouri
Being exposed to recycling habits and lectured on the effects of over-consumerism from an early age, Natalia developed an innate interest in sustainability. Coming from a business background, her studies highly focused on developing innovative and sustainable products & services allowing her to win the “sustainability award” for her student company, producing beeswax candles. As a Master’s graduate in International Communication, she is finally able to combine her passion to promote well-being in the workplace while working for an organisation that encourages environmental change, making her extremely proud to be a member of Nexio’s People Team. Growing up moving around the Americas, Romina not only developed a keen sense of cultural awareness but learned to appreciate nature’s unique gifts and to respect all beings on the planet. Romina is determined to create a positive change in the current business landscape and help deepen the connection between system resilience and sustainable development.

After having graduated from the Erasmus University with two master’s degrees in Strategic Management and Global Business & Sustainability, Laura was eager to translate her passion for sustainability to a professional setting. She joined Nexio Projects with the goal to learn even more about sustainability and the real-life challenges and opportunities businesses face. Being born and having lived in the Netherlands her entire life, she loves working in a diverse environment in which she can learn from other nationalities and cultures. For this, Nexio Projects is the perfect place as our employees come from all over the world! On a more personal level, Laura is interested in psychology, self-development, feminism, and sports.

Nathan Cable
Convinced that the private sector holds the key to unlocking a sustainable and equitable future for our planet, Nathan has spent the majority of his career benchmarking companies from various sectors and geographies on how their sustainability efforts compare to their peers and competitors, ranging from multinationals to SMEs. He is now using this knowledge to work with clients in embracing the challenges and opportunities of embedding sustainability into their core business strategies and to encourage them to think holistically about their impact on people and planet. He holds a master’s degree in International Development Studies from the University of Amsterdam and a bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Southampton.

Felix Keser
As Managing Partner and COO at Nexio Projects, Felix leads Nexio’s strategic agenda. He is committed to scaling Nexio Project’s team and impact in line with our values & DNA.
Felix has a background in management consulting, venture capital, economic policy and international development and strongly advocates for the role of the private sector in tackling wicked problems such as climate change. Felix enjoys long-distance hiking and cycling and is a long-time meditator, integrating mindfulness into his daily work and life.
Felix holds a Master of Public Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science as well as a B.A. in Developmental Economics from McGill University.
