With a background in agricultural engineering, Cesar currently leads our climate change team. He is not afraid to think outside the box regarding sustainability services. He is interested in a wide variety of areas so he’s always up for a chat or interesting discussion.
Cesar holds an MSc in International Material Flow from FH Trier and a Master’s degree in Project Management from Universidad de León.

Combining his commercial ambitions with daily discussions regarding the company’s sustainability performance and future plans is what gives Robert daily motivation to strive for the best result. Robert can often be found at the gym outside of work and also is a big fan of running, scuba diving and travelling. Robert holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics & Sales from Tio University of Applied Sciences.

Felix Keser
As Managing Partner and COO at Nexio Projects, Felix leads Nexio’s strategic agenda. He is committed to scaling Nexio Project’s team and impact in line with our values & DNA.
Felix has a background in management consulting, venture capital, economic policy and international development and strongly advocates for the role of the private sector in tackling wicked problems such as climate change. Felix enjoys long-distance hiking and cycling and is a long-time meditator, integrating mindfulness into his daily work and life.
Felix holds a Master of Public Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science as well as a B.A. in Developmental Economics from McGill University.
