Earning the Great Place to Work® certification in 2025 is more than a milestone for Nexio Projects — it’s a reaffirmation of the vibrant, purpose-driven culture our team continues to nurture. Following our previous recognition in 2023, this year’s certification reflects both what we stand for and how we’re growing together as an organisation.

Organisational strengths 

• One of the clearest takeaways from this year’s results is a strong sense of fairness and inclusion. With a Justice score of 96%, employees overwhelmingly feel that decisions are made fairly and that respect and equity are foundational to everyday interactions.
• We also scored exceptionally high in the areas of Intimacy (96%), Camaraderie (95%), Hospitality (94%), and Community (92%). These categories reflect something we deeply value — the sense that we’re in this together. People feel welcomed, connected, and supported, creating a sense of belonging that energises our mission and values.
• Our efforts toward gender equity are being recognised. In 2025, Nexio Projects was named a Best Workplace for Women, with over one-third of leadership roles held by women and a Trust Index above 70% among female employees — a testament to inclusivity in action. 

Areas we’re improving 

• While there’s a lot to celebrate, we’re also clear-eyed about where we want to go next. Collaboration emerged as an area with room for growth, with a score of 73%. While teamwork is a natural strength, we’ve recognised the potential to make cross-functional collaboration more seamless and intentional — especially as we scale. In response, we’re launching improved systems for interdepartmental projects and enhancing the way we share insights and feedback across teams.
• We’re also focusing on strengthening feedback channels and communication loops, ensuring every voice is not only heard but act upon. Our goal is to maintain an agile and responsive environment where feedback leads to action and continuous improvement. 

Looking ahead : With its 2025 certification, Nexio Projects once again sets a high standard for workplace culture in the sustainability sector. We’re proud of how far we’ve come — and clear on where we’re heading. Our people are our greatest strength, and we remain committed to creating a workplace where everyone can grow, contribute, and feel proud to belong.

• Gender Representation: The percentage of women in our organisation is equal to or exceeds the industry benchmark. 

• Women in Leadership: Over 33% of leadership roles at Nexio Projects are held by women, and our senior management includes at least one woman. 

• Trust Index: Our female team members rated us with a Trust Index score of 70% or higher, reflecting high levels of trust, respect, and satisfaction. 

• Inclusive Culture: We actively promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through initiatives such as the Women of Nexio Projects, quarterly seminars, and workshops on gender equality and well-being.
