We are looking to hire self-motivated and disciplined Freelancers. Freelancers are required to complete assignments that meet prescribed specifications. In this position, you will also be required to keep a record of hours worked. To ensure success as a freelancer, you should possess excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch Freelancer will be able to complete assignments with minimal supervision.
Potential assignments
- Supporting clients with their corporate sustainability strategy and optimising their sustainability management system;
- Updating our clients’ sustainability policies, procedures and reports;
- Working on sustainability gap analyses of our clients and developing roadmaps to improvement;
- Support our clients with their EcoVadis assessment ;
- Various other assessment methodologies (BCorp, SDGs…) ;
- Writing /or support on drafting annual sustainability reports;
- Reporting standards (UNGC, GRI, CDP…).
Your skills and experience
- 5+ year of work experience, ideally in a consultancy environment
- Advanced project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and other software tools
- Strong presentation skills and able to deliver engaging, clear and structured content to wider audiences in a consultancy context
- Proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills – making complex ideas accessible and editing others’ writing to ensure clarity
