Pillar-by-pillar improvement plan developed for all four EcoVadis themes. Actions prioritised by score impact and implementation feasibility across both US and Costa Rica sites.

Sustainability Management System (SMS) implementation
SMS framework designed and deployed across all 7 sites, connecting EcoVadis requirements to internal policies, processes and evidence structures. A permanent infrastructure for sustainability, not a project-by-project patch, with the SMS continuing to mature as new requirements are added.

EcoVadis assessment support
Guided evidence preparation and submission for the December 2025 assessment cycle. Roadmap actions translated into evidence. Score improvement measured and documented.

Two consecutive guided assessments completed
Roadmap-informed evidence, systematically packaged, consistently submitted. The compounding improvement approach is now the standard for how the company manages EcoVadis.
Sustainability Management System live
SMS connects EcoVadis requirements, supplier sustainability standards and internal environmental and social policies into a single operating framework. Sustainability performance no longer depends on annual preparation: it's maintained continuously.
Sustainable Procurement policy established
Supplier sustainability requirements formally documented and communicated. The Procurement pillar has a policy foundation it didn't have before. Customer supply chain sustainability questions now have a documented answer.
