The Challenge
When CSRD raised the bar for sustainability disclosure, this company was already managing EcoVadis requirements, climate questions from customers and investor pressure on its decarbonisation progress. With 6000+ employees & 40 locations, the client needs a connected programme that could move EcoVadis, carbon and CSRD forward together and grow with the demands of each reporting cycle.

Assessed and independently verified the full GHG footprint across Scopes 1, 2 and 3. We’re supporting the company in committing to science based targets.

CSRD Training and Double Materiality Assessment
Delivered CSRD and ESRS training across the organisation to build internal capability first. Then we completed a full Double Materiality Assessment, identifying and prioritising material ESG topics across climate, pollution, resource use, corporate culture and supplier engagement.

Total GHG footprint: Down 4% vs the baseline. Scopes 1, 2 and 3 all measured and verified. Science based targets committed: Scope 1&2 absolute reduction by 2036, supplier engagement target by 2031.

Material ESG topics identified and prioritised. CSRD training delivered across 40 countries. The company is entering its reporting obligations with confidence and a foundation built to hold up under assurance.
