Sustainability has always been embedded in CIRFOOD, however the company was looking for a partner to document the actions that were implemented in a structured and proven way. Assessment
Nexio Projects supported in the completion of the EcoVadis assessment to benchmark the company within the food and beverage service industry.

Key Outcomes

In only 18 months, CIRFOOD was able to go from Bronze to the Silver EcoVadis medal as well as reducing their emissions by 3.5 ton CO2 per vehicle thanks to the investment in electric vehicles for their fleet.

Alignment
Additionally, as a result of the project CIRFOOD witnessed improved communication, alignment and clarity around sustainability throughout the entire structure.

Finally, CIRFOOD invested in electric vehicles for their fleet, reducing their emissions by 3.5 ton CO2 per vehicle.
